Our bakery products are convincing with their appearance and taste. We are producing pastries and pies of all kinds and for every occasion. Big or small, round or angular, sweet or creamy cakes .... we want to fit to our customers wishes.

Every morning, when most people are still sleeping, we are already on for baking. All baked goods are manufactured as naturally as possible. We do not have the addition of freshness retainers and mould protection.

In spite of the use of most modern technology, our bakery goods are still made in the hand-made old-craft tradition. To provide the best quality, expert knowledge and experience is necessary. Only through experience of masters it is possible to compensate the variations in temperature, humidity and quality of flour. To remain faithful to the tradition of our craft, we committed ourselves to the requirement to process only high-quality, natural raw materials.
